Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch is 3 - 5 business days. I do my best to have orders put out for delivery as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, please be aware that there is a global pandemic that has greatly affected delivery times. Actual delivery time will depend on the method you choose. If your parcel hasn't arrive within the expected timeframe please reach out to info@leafandroot.ca

How do I track my order?
Every order comes with tracking info, and will be provided in your receipt once your order dispatched our workshop.
Do you offer local delivery/pick up?
Yes! If you are local to the Barrie Ontario area, you're in luck! Please use code LOCAL when checking out and email info@leafandrootco.ca to co-ordinate your pick up.
Changes
If you realized you have made a mistake with your address, please be sure to email ASAP with the correct address. As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, the change will be made.
Customs and import taxes
Leaf & Root Co. is a Canadian business and all orders are shipped from Canada.
Please note that any tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
Leaf & Root Co. has no control over these fees and is not responsible for delays, invoices, or additional charges incurred once an order enters the destination country. Refusal to pay applicable customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned; in such cases, the order will not be refunded.
By placing an order, buyers acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges.
